I was just thinking back at it a couple days ago when I was playin the Super Nintendo, that some of the tracks on the games are ill haha.

Do not get too much attracted seeing the profile picture at first because those images can be easily faked or taken from other photography sites.Make sure the person you are getting in touch with have no criminal backgrounds like charges of robbery,theft or frauds.You should also keep your own information as private as possible

2. Your Social security numbers, credit card numbers, passwords, bank account information, and any other sensitive information should never be given to another individual over the internet.

3. When you finally meet her in person, always try to meet on public places rather talking yourself to some deserted places where groups or gangs might be waiting for you.And never open your wallet more often if not necessary.

I am not saying everyone in the dating sites are frauds,but in most cases scamming has been the main issue.So why to take the risk if you know that if you're a bit careful then you can avoid these troubles?Love scams normally target men as well as women. If you come into contact with someone you believe to be a scam artist, end the relationship, and don't respond to further communication.

Do make good relationships whom you like or love but it's also your responsibility to keep yourself safe.

Childhood & teenage is the most important time in a person’s life. After birth the increased growth rate of the child continues up to 18-19 years of age. Thus the amount of nutrients needed for a child is much greater than an adult. At this age the physiological development of the person is not complete, so the person is not very aware of maintaining a balanced diet rich in the nutrients needed by the body. As a result, the person fails to obtain the nutrients in the food needed by the body. Owing to fewer nutrients the body becomes weak; the person can suffer from serious diseases, and many times the patient have to live the rest of his life with his or her body thin & weak. So the responsibility of the parents towards their children is more. They have to be very careful about the food their children eat.

The rate of growth is the fastest in females from 11-13 years and in males 13-15 years. The amount of nutrients needed by the body is not same for all. We have to consider the person’s sex, age, the rate of growth to know the demand of food needed by the person. The more the rate of growth the more food is needed. The growth & development of the body depends a lot on food.

Nutrients that are required to be in the food eaten by the children:

• There must be enough calories to provide the working energy.
• There must be enough proteins for repair & fast growth of the body.
• As the bones & teeth develop in this age, so there must be sufficient minerals & vitamin D in the diet.

In many countries children of this age suffer from the lack of nutrients mostly protein, calcium, iron, & vitamin A, whose main cause is poorness, lack of knowledge on food nutrients, and lack of a good appetite. In this age the children spend most of their time in school & the amount of food they eat there is inadequate for their body. Amount of food a 10-12 year old child should ingest everyday are as follows:

· 320g fiber

· 60g split peas

· 100g fruit

· 50g milk

· 200g fish or meat

· 130g oil or butter

Lack of the above mentioned items can be harmful.

If the child does not like to eat then vitamin D capsule can be provided but the age must be considered. The demand of food by the body is very high in this age even though the child has low appetite. So take care of your child very well and make him understand the necessity of food that he must eat to keep his health good.

Celos fraternos, celos pasionales, celos profesionales... sufridos en carne propia o por parte de otro que nos atormenta con ellos. Expresados o ahogados en lo más profundo de nuestro ser...los celos nos afectan de una u otra manera al menos en alguna relación de nuestra vida: ya sea en la infancia, en la adolescencia o en la madurez.
Y como el refrán –tan sabio- dice que más vale prevenir que curar, hoy te acerca una herramienta para que sepas con quién te estás metiendo: la grafóloga y consultora psicológica Marigel Indart señala que podemos detectarlos a través de la escritura: “De los ocho rasgos o indicadores que nombraré a continuación, deberían encontrar más de cuatro para suponer que se trata de la escritura de un celoso”, advierte la especialista.

1. Mayúsculas separadas de las minúsculas siguientes:
Las mayúsculas son la máxima expresión del Yo. Representan a la persona que escribe. Las letras siguientes representan a los otros. Cuando una persona levanta la lapicera o el lápiz luego de escribir una mayúscula, y acto seguido continúa con la letra siguiente, está poniendo una distancia, una pausa de reflexión o de duda antes de entregarse totalmente a los vínculos con los demás.
Esto no quiere decir que no llegará a brindarse nunca a los otros, pero tiene ciertas reservas por inseguridad, desconfianza o por necesidad de reflexionar antes de mostrase (primero conoce y luego se da a conocer).
Si la lapicera fue levantada de la hoja, la mayúscula está desunida, aún aquellas que estén pegadas (en grafología las llamamos reenganchadas), si el trazo fue cortado las clasificarán como mayúsculas separadas de minúsculas siguiente.

2. Inclinación hacia la izquierda:
En el lado derecho de la hoja están simbolizados el futuro, pero también los otros, las personas con quienes nos vinculamos. Quien escribe con una inclinación hacia la izquierda está reflejando un poco de desconfianza, cierto grado de retraimiento. Además esta postura refleja de alguna manera que la persona tiende a mirarse a sí misma, que está como ensimismada en sus propias necesidades y esto le dificulta por momentos ver las necesidades ajenas así como también interpretar los dichos y acciones de los demás siempre en referencia a sí mismos .

3. Trazos finale shacia abajo o hacia atrás:
Los trazos finales son todos aquellos trazos que, como su nombre lo indica, están últimos, es decir, la lapicera se levanta de la hoja luego de realizarlos. Nos muestran hacia dónde dirigimos nuestros esfuerzos, el fin último de nuestras acciones.
Cuando van hacia abajo (zona inferior) nuestros esfuerzos y acciones están dirigidos hacia nuestras necesidades más básicas y también a aspectos inconscientes. Estas necesidades pueden ser físicas (alimento, sexo, abrigo, etc) o afectivas (contención, amor, atención, etc). Dan cuenta de una personalidad demandante, que necesita permanentemente que le presten atención, cuidados y afecto ya que de lo contrario se sienten inseguros, desprotegidos.

4. Letras pequeñas:
Entre otras cosas, el tamaño de las letras tiene que ver con la autoestima. A menor tamaño, la autoestima es más deficiente. La letras que miden por debajo de 2,5mm serán pequeñas y las que midan más de 3,5mm, grandes.
Como es de esperar, quienes tienen escritura pequeña, y por lo tanto una autoestima más bien baja o al menos poco firme, necesitan de la aprobación de los demás y esto los puede llevar a sufrir de celos ya que caen en competencias por el amor o la atención que tanto necesitan de las personas significativas para ellos.

5. Márgenes grandes:
La hoja en blanco representa al espacio vital en el cual nos movemos, y la escritura nos representa en cuanto a la manera en que nos posicionamos en este espacio. Cuando el espacio que queda entre los bordes de la hoja y la masa de escritura es grande, estamos posicionándonos en el centro del escenario. Es decir, es una manera de llamar la atención.
Pero además de esto estamos como agazapados, protegidos en nuestro propio mundo como señal de defensa ante un entorno que nos resulta amenazante en algún aspecto. Esto puede tener que ver con una situación real y objetiva o con una vivencia personal y subjetiva.

6. Rúbrica envolvente:
Si la firma está envuelta en un rasgo como si se quisiera “guardar” el nombre dentro de un saco protector, estamos frente a una rúbrica envolvente.
Las personas que sienten la necesidad de resguardarse, de auto protegerse y quedar al abrigo de un útero imaginario en donde nada puede lastimarlos suelen firmar con este rasgo. Es posible que socialmente no demuestren este sentimiento, pero interiormente son sumamente sensibles y vulnerables. Esta capa protectora muchas veces les dificulta el vínculo con los otros, a quienes sin darse del todo cuenta les demandan permanente atención y cariño. Esto los lleva a celar a sus seres queridos, y mucho más aún a sus vínculos más significativos y que ocupen un rol protector (padres, marido, esposa).

7. Puntos y rayas innecesarias al final de los párrafos:
Por lo general quienes acostumbran a hacer este tipo de trazos, son personas desconfiadas que buscan dejar en claro cuál es su terreno por si a alguien se le pudiera ocurrir traspasar ese límite. Suelen sospechar de las acciones de los demás y están permanentemente “en guardia”. Tal vez no siempre reaccionen o demuestren desmedidamente esta falta de confianza, pero de manera casual dejan saber que están atentos a un posible engaño.

8. Pequeños ganchos al final de las palabras:
Cuando terminamos de escribir una palabra, nos dirigimos a la siguiente dejando un espacio en blanco. Ese espacio representa el vínculo que generamos entre nosotros y los demás. Los ganchos, como si fueran anzuelos, proyectan la necesidad de atrapar, de retener a las personas con quienes tenemos vínculos afectivos fuertes. Interiormente se teme el abandono.

NEW TELE

this is my new tele, the GORGEOUSLY STUNNING Samsung LN40A750 which is 40 inches of pure bliss. It has basically everything you would need for a good videogame/movie setup...4 HDMI, 2 Component, 1 Composite, 1 Optical (audio), 1 VGA & 1 DVI port...now for the GOOD stuff, 50,000:1 contrast ratio, 120Hz refresh rate, insane amount of customizable features for the white balance, hue, black levels, etc., entertainment video settings like movie, game, or sports and a whole wack of other ones I'll barely use. Aesthetics wise it looks amazing, the floating glass around the screen like the Sony Bravias are known for, and a slight line of red under the glass which is pretty cool. Either way this is a premium tele which is sold as high as 2399$ or more, I got it for 1699$ (2 gnotes after taxes...fucking taxes) but it was well worth it...just look at this thing...it's BEAUTIFUL...anyway enough ranting. This is my new tele...if the bitches don't like it...they're fucking skanks! lol...I know you all want one now =P

Next up on my Japanese female wrestlers list is Tomoka Nakagawa.
She was born on September 29th, 1981, in Asahikawa Hokkaido, Japan
Tomoka's pro wrestling debut was on January 23rd, 2005 with Yuu Yamagata against TAKA Michinoku and Ryota Chikuzen.
She is currently wrestling for Mariko Yoshida's IBUKI wrestling promotion.
Before that, she wrestled for Kaientai Dojo (K-Dojo).
