Jonathan Trott Injured Latest injury for England He Will be Fine Said Andy Flower

Coach Andy Flower said: last night: Trott had an X-ray on the finger after being hit against Pakistan. It's quite badly bruised. It's a finger that he's had problems with before. Luckily there's no crack, so he'll just have to play through the pain and he'll be fine.
But with Eoin Morgan already withdrawn from the World Cup and doubts over the availability of Graeme Swann, Ajmal Shahzad and Paul Collingwood, it is hardly the ideal World Cup preparation for England, the Daily Express reports.

They have played ten 50-over games and two Twenty20 internationals since retaining the Ashes in January - and the effects are already taking their toll, especially with Tim Bresnan, Stuart Broad and James Anderson only recently returning to the side from injury.

Flower said: "It's not perfect. I still think there are some tricky decisions to be made on the balance of the bowling attack."

As England arrived in Nagpur last night, the main debate was whether they should field two spinners in Swann and Michael Yardy.
