Retired female professional wrestler Candy Okutsu was born Tomoko Okutsu on January 16th, 1975 in Japan.
She made her professional wrestling debut on August 4th, 1992.
Candy worked for the JWP Project promotion from then until 1997, when she retired due to an injury.
She made her comeback on February 18th, 1998 when she had joined the ARSION promotion.
Candy became the first female version of Tiger Mask when she worked a few times as Tiger Dream.
She retired from pro wrestling on January 5th, 2001.
Before she retired candy held the All Japan Women's Pro-Wrestling Championship once and the JWP Junior Championship twice.
